Nigel Morris

Nigel Morris is Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for Dentsu Aegis Network. Nigel Morris was appointed CEO of Aegis Media Americas in 2009, adding the leadership of EMEA in 2012. From 2003 until 2009, Nigel was the founder CEO of Isobar, and led its rapid expansion into the world's leading digital services agency network. Prior to this Nigel held a range of senior positions in Carat International. He joined Aegis Media in 1992 having previously worked in fashion, corporate identity and branding consultancy. Nigel is also Chairman of the Dentsu Aegis Network Sustainability Committee and leads the future product offering and service delivery strategy for Dentsu Aegis Network.

Jean Lin

Global CEO Isobar

Jean Lin established digital agency wwwins Consulting in 1999. After joining Aegis Media in 2004, the agency became Isobar’s first Greater China office and was the driving force behind Isobar’s expansion in the Asia Pacific region. Promoted to Isobar Global CEO in March 2014, Jean is based in Shanghai to lead one of the fastest growing, full service digital agency networks in the world, with over 6,500 talented digital pioneers across 85+ locations in more than 45 markets globally. In January 2016, Jean was appointed a member of Global Executive Team at Dentsu Aegis Network, Isobar’s parent company. Jean was named one of 30 global “Women to Watch” by Advertising Age in 2009; ranked amongst Asia Pacific’s top female talent in 2010 and selected as one of the region’s Top 5 CEOs by Campaign Asia Pacific in 2013. Jean was inducted into the Hall of Fame of Campaign’s Digital A-List in 2015 together with Jack Ma (Alibaba), Pony Ma (Tencent), and Robin Li (Baidu). Under her leadership, Campaign Asia Pacific has awarded Digital Agency Network of the Year Isobar six times in the past seven years. In 2018 research firm Gartner, Inc. placed Isobar in the Leaders quadrant in its “Magic Quadrant for Global Digital Marketing Agencies” for the fourth consecutive time and Forrester recognised Isobar as one of the most significant agencies for digital experience in “The Forrester Wave™: Digital Experience Service Providers, Q4 2017.” Jean is known for her keen interest in the progress of creativity, serving as Jury President for the Cannes Lions Cyber Jury in 2015 and again in June 2018 as Jury President for the Cannes Lions Craft Jury. Jean also spoke at the main stage at the festival in 2016 and 2017 to champion Ideas Without Limits

Johan has been working almost 10 000 hours with digital analytics and helping clients all over the globe making better decisions with the help of data. We are super happy to have him at this years Dentsu Digital camp to share his insights on the industry. Turning huge huge amounts of data into actionable insights and moving organizations and people into a more data-driven mindset is his specialty. In the last 5 years, he has been working at Outfox one of Dentsu aegis local brands. Outfox is specialized in digital analytics and is the Nordic regions largest reseller of Google analytics 360.

Maria Grachnova

CEO Dentsu Aegis Network Bulgaria

Maria Grachnova has enjoyed a strong and successful career to date at Dentsu Aegis Network, joining the business as Managing Director in 2012 with the launch of Carat Bulgaria. In 2015 Maria was promoted to the role of CEO for Dentsu Aegis Network Bulgaria, following the successful launches of Vizeum (2013) and iProspect (2014).

Tia Castagno

Head of Innovation and Content, Vizeum Global

As Head of Innovation and Content, Tia champions creative content and innovation across the global Dentsu Aegis Network, with tangible business outcomes at the core. Her focus is on the delivering solutions to client’s business problems rather than creating media firsts. Previously, Tia worked at WPP for 10 years, eight of which were spent at MediaCom running International accounts then launching and growing the International Content Marketing division. Tia also built local market experience at Mediacom as the COO for Italy. Since joining Dentsu Aegis Network, Tia has been leading the Burberry account, instilling innovation, creativity and a results focused content strategy into the business at a global level. Founding UnlockYourBlock (UYB): Tia’s creativeness doesn’t start at the office door. Having studied and taught yoga and meditation for 10 years, she discovered a huge connection between mindfulness and creative expression. UYB is a practical programme aimed at promoting creativity, empowerment, powerful communication, stillness and wellness via timeless skills and tools necessary to embody this way of living.
