Sue is an expert in client management and her business development track record includes leading multi-national brands such as AXA, UBS, Cartier and Western Union. Prior to her return to the UK, Sue was based in Asia for over 20 years, with the last three spent in Hong Kong leading Publicis as Hong Kong CEO, with clients spanning FMCG, Finance, Automotive, Retail, Travel & Leisure, Beauty and Luxury. During her time in Asia Pacific, Sue was also Chair of the 4A’s Hong Kong and was on the launch team for the Marketing Society Asia Pacific.

Maria Grachnova

CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network Bulgaria & Balkans

Maria Grachnova has enjoyed a strong and successful career to date at Dentsu Aegis Network, joining the business as Managing Director in 2012 with the launch of Carat Bulgaria. In 2015 Maria was promoted to the role of CEO for Dentsu Aegis Network Bulgaria, following the successful launches of Vizeum (2013) and iProspect (2014).

Tia Castagno

Head of Innovation and Content, Vizeum Global

As Head of Innovation and Content, Tia champions creative content and innovation across the global Dentsu Aegis Network, with tangible business outcomes at the core. Her focus is on the delivering solutions to client’s business problems rather than creating media firsts. Previously, Tia worked at WPP for 10 years, eight of which were spent at MediaCom running International accounts then launching and growing the International Content Marketing division. Tia also built local market experience at Mediacom as the COO for Italy. Since joining Dentsu Aegis Network, Tia has been leading the Burberry account, instilling innovation, creativity and a results focused content strategy into the business at a global level. Founding UnlockYourBlock (UYB): Tia’s creativeness doesn’t start at the office door. Having studied and taught yoga and meditation for 10 years, she discovered a huge connection between mindfulness and creative expression. UYB is a practical programme aimed at promoting creativity, empowerment, powerful communication, stillness and wellness via timeless skills and tools necessary to embody this way of living.

Anna Easton

Global Head of Social Impact, Dentsu Aegis Network

Anna is Global Head of Social Impact at Dentsu Aegis Network and a senior associate at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership. Anna joined Dentsu Aegis Network in September 2018 where she is responsible for all activity relating to Dentsu Aegis Network’s social purpose – to create a Digital Economy that works for all. Prior to joining Dentsu Aegis Network, Anna spent five years as Sustainable Business Director for BT Group plc where she was also an advisor to the UK government on digital inclusion. Under Anna’s direction BT established itself as a global leader in sustainability. In 2017 BT’s Connecting Africa programme, delivering satellite broadband and healthcare management systems to remote rural villages in Sub-Saharan Africa, won the ‘Changing Lives’ award at the Broadband World Forum and the World Economic Forum’s ‘New Vision for Development’ award. In 17/18 revenue from products and services that abate carbon totalled £5.3bn – 22% of BT’s revenue. That same year, BT was rated by Newsweek as the leading green telecommunications company in the world and became one of the first companies in the world to set a new science-based carbon reduction target for 2030 in line with a 1.5 degree scenario. In 2018 Anna and her team won Business Green’s ‘Sustainability Team of the Year’ award. Previous roles include Communications Director for BT’s global technology division. Anna joined BT in 2004 from Brodeur Worldwide, part of the Omnicom network, where she led global campaigns for companies including Nortel Networks, Philips and Vodafone. She has a degree in European Law and Languages (LLB) and a post-graduate diploma in Journalism. She is a life-long vegetarian.

Christian de Smit

Head of Account of the Digital Center of Excellence in Dentsu Aegis Netherlands

Starting with DAN 10 years ago as a digital specialist, Christian had a strong career where he worked for multiple labels within the group in various digital and non-digital roles. In 2016 the opportunity came to start something completely new. With a small group of digital experts, the Center of Excellence was born. This center is responsible for driving the digital buys of global DAN clients to the next level by building Hubs for them. 3 years later this project has proofed its value for clients like Mondelez, Microsoft, Adidas and JDE and keeps growing rapidly.

Dan Hagen

Global Chief Strategy Officer, iProspect

Dan’s extensive career spans a multitude of sectors and disciplines in both the UK and USA. His work for clients such as The National Lottery, British Gas, and Diageo has been honoured with multiple awards and he has won Agency of the Year with both Carat and CIA. Dan cut his teeth at CIA Medianetwork on European roles for Microsoft and Novartis before moving to New York to ride out the first dotcom bubble and burst. He subsequently returned to London, spending several years launching the National Lottery’s interactive platforms and eventually rising to Managing Partner of Strategy at Havas. Dan spent the next 6 years as Head of Planning and then CSO at Carat working with clients such as Mondelez, Asda and Santander, before moving into his current role of Global Chief Strategy Officer at iProspect in September 2018. Dan is a regular at the judging tables of Media Week, Campaign, DMA and was a member of the awarding jury for the Media category at Cannes in 2017. He’s always on the lookout for work that inspires its audience, but also delivers in spades for the brand.

As an Agency Partner he has accelerated cooperation with the media holding companies and direct clients in CEE in getting the most value on Facebook & Instagram. Currently he takes a position of a Reseller Partner CEE in developing the strategic partnerships which enables media agencies and advertisers in reaching their business goals on Facebook Family of Apps.

Johan Johansson

Digital Analyst, Outfox

Johan has been working almost 10 000 hours with digital analytics and helping clients all over the globe making better decisions with the help of data. We are super happy to have him at this years Dentsu Digital camp to share his insights on the industry. Turning huge huge amounts of data into actionable insights and moving organizations and people into a more data-driven mindset is his specialty. In the last 5 years, he has been working at Outfox one of Dentsu aegis local brands. Outfox is specialized in digital analytics and is the Nordic regions largest reseller of Google analytics 360.

Alexandru Ursu

Regional Account Manager - Marketing Cloud, Salesforce

With over 8 years working experience with some of the world’s largest technology solution and cloud platform providers, Alex has experience both on the local and the international technology market. Throughout these years he has worked with customers in the CEE region on digital transformation and customer experience projects. Currently he works as a Regional Manager for Salesforce Marketing for CEE.

Gabriel Matwiejczyk

Head of Measurement CEE, Facebook

Gabriel was not accidentally selected for the position of Measurement Lead CEE on Facebook. With MA in Social Psychology and PhD in Internet Studies, he has been a member of Gemius for 5 years before joining Nielsen, where he has pioneered the launch of Digital Ad Ratings in Poland. When it does not deal with digital measurement, it sometimes passes its time as a long distance runner.

Daniel Urminský

Region Manager – Emerging Countries, blue-infinity Linked by Isobar

Daniel has joined blue-infinity Linked by isobar 2 years ago, a Swiss-based consulting company acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network in 2017, to build the digital transformation business in the emerging markets. Today blue-infinity forms one of the most important technology integrators and digital transformation experts in the region. As Region Manager for Emerging Countries he also oversees the enablement of respective countries within the Dentsu Aegis Network to expand the capabilities in this area. Daniel has previously spent 10 years working at a global internet security vendor AVG, most recently managing a global digital transformation of Marketing, Sales and Service functions in B2B and B2C.

Konstantin Boev

Digital Strategy Manager at Philip Morris Bulgaria

Konstantin is heading the digital department at Philip Morris Bulgaria dedicated to the development of IQOS communication and commercialization. In his function he is leading the deployment and operations of all digital and customer care infrastructures serving end customers and internal commercial departments. Before joining Philip Morris, Konstantin was Partner and Marketing director in HYPE - a boutique digital agency dealing with bespoke B2B digital solutions. Earlier in his career and over the course of 7 years, Konstantin has taken various managerial and leadership positions related to digital demand generation and product marketing in one of the leading Bulgarian software companies Telerik, which was later acquired by US based Progress Software.
