Maria Grachnova

Maria Grachnova has enjoyed a strong and successful career to date at Dentsu Aegis Network, joining the business as Managing Director in 2012 with the launch of Carat Bulgaria. In 2015 Maria was promoted to the role of CEO for Dentsu Aegis Network Bulgaria, following the successful launches of Vizeum (2013) and iProspect (2014). From January 1st, 2017, Maria was promoted to the role of CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network, Bulgaria & Balkans.

Kei Shimada

Global Director of Innovation & Business Development, Dentsu Inc., Japan

Kei is the Global Director of Innovation and Business Development of Dentsu Inc. He is responsible for the Dentsu Innovation Network, a network of ten innovation labs covering Artificial Intelligence, Biometrics, Drones, Fintech, IoT, Location, Outer Space, Robots, VR/AR and Wearables. He also leads government related projects where he has created Japan’s first national database of evacuation shelters and holds several awards and patents the area of crisis management. Prior to Dentsu, he has worked for companies such as Panasonic, Lucent Technologies, created and ran Japan’s first multinational mobile strategy agency for 7 years until joining Dentsu in 2012.

He is also a globally recognised keynote speaker in the area of innovation and technology. He has spoken at over a hundred events in over 20 countries at events such as Mobile World Congress, Mobile Marketing Association, The Next Web and DigitalK, just to name a few.

Jane Lin-Baden

CEO, Isobar APAC & Isobar China Group, China

As CEO of Isobar Asia Pacific, Jane leads the regional team and drives strategic growth to expand Isobar’s capabilities and accelerate business growth throughout the region. Isobar China Group has seen a six-fold increase over the last four years and is one of the fastest-growing and most established digital agencies in China in terms of revenue, awards and reputation.

Jane Lin-Baden joined Isobar China in 2007 as Managing Partner when she folded her agency into what was then known as wwwins Consulting. In May 2013, she was promoted to CEO of Isobar China Group, and subsequently CEO of Isobar Asia Pacific in June 2016. Jane has over 17 years’ industry experience in technology and digital marketing for both start-ups and agencies. Her client engagement experience includes P&G, Yum, Mondelēz, Kraft, Huawei, BMW, Philips, Shell, Sony Ericsson, Mars and Johnson & Johnson etc.

Jane was named one of China's “Women to Watch” by Advertising Age in 2015 and awarded The Fastest Growing Agency CEO of the Year by China 4A in 2015.

Mark Fagan

CEO, eCommera, United Kingdom

Mark leads the eCommera business with an infectious devotion to company-wide innovation and excellence.

His 20 years’ global leadership experience enables a hands on approach to providing supply chain and ecommerce solutions to enterprise customers. Prior to joining eCommera, Mark was Executive VP responsible for technology, services and partners at enterprise SaaS provider Hubwoo, as well as holding leadership roles at OpenText and Hummingbird.

Frank Krikhaar

Global Corporate Social Responsibility Director, Dentsu Aegis Network

Frank Krikhaar is an award-winning CSR professional with 6 years of experience in developing, launching and leading transformative sustainable strategies. He is responsible for developing, launching and implementing its sustainability programme, Future Proof which has become the most pioneering and ambitious sustainability approach in the advertising and media industry in the recent year, inspiring positive action by all its stakeholders, and supporting the corporate mission of Dentsu Aegis Network of innovating the way brands are built. Since its launch in 2010, Frank has ensured the whole network stays on track to achieve its commitments around environmental, community and economic commitments whilst leading the debate in the industry.

True to his company's mission of innovating the way brands are built, he is innovating sustainability in the media industry with a novel delivery model focusing on leveraging digital technologies to create positive change.

Rikke Grundtvig

Chief Marketing Officer, Dentsu Aegis Network NCE

Rikke Grundtvig is Chief Marketing Officer for Dentsu Aegis Network across 18 European countries.

She oversees all areas of marketing, including business development, new business, prospecting, communications & reputation management of Dentsu Aegis Network brands and wider business.

Nikola Ivanov

Chief Marketing Digital Officer, L’Oreal

Nikola’s recent role as Chief Marketing Digital Officer at L’Oreal is to drive business transformation and to lead the digital innovation, influencing across the organization.

He joined L’Oreal more than 8 years ago and in the past years he is in charge of all media and digital projects including e-commerce in terms of global strategy and guidelines for more than 15 brands and 4 different divisions in Adria-Balkan region (9 markets).

His main mission is to lead the change of the communication model and transfer it from: buying an audience to building an audience, from mass communication to mass personalization, from TV to always-on digital communication.

Bartosz Malinowski

Vice President of Sales in Central and Eastern Europe Middle East and North Africa, Adform

Bartosz Malinowski is a Vice President of Sales in Central and Eastern Europe Middle East and North Africa for Adform. He is graduate of Warsaw University of Technology and Warsaw School of Economics with over 10 years of experience in IT and Digital Marketing.

At Adform he is responsible for sales, client service and the strategy in the fast growing CEE/MENA regions. Bartosz is based in Warsaw though he spends majority of time traveling for customer meetings in the region.

Bartosz joined Adform from Adobe, where he held roles responsible for the management of direct sales, channel partners, marketing and PR projects in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Turkey.

His previous roles include positions within the project implementation and sales departments at IBM Software Group.

In free time Bartosz is a keen skier and a semi-professional baseball player.

Dorota Bigo

Sales Manager, DoubleClick CEE

Dorota Bigo is taking care of key DoubleClick clients in Central and Eastern Europe, helping them include programmatic in their marketing strategy and embrace unique features and capabilities available on the DoubleClick platform.

She is passionate about new technologies, programmatic and rich media solutions. Dorota was also Head of the Programmatic Group in IAB Poland.

Hristo Hristov

CEO, Netinfo

Hristo Hristov is the CEO of Netinfo, Bulgaria's biggest digital media and technology company. He was appointed to the post in 2013. Previously, he founded digital news company Darik Web. Hristo Hristov has worked as a reporter at Darik Radio and BBC London. His professional experience includes participation in a number of start-up projects in the field of finance. He holds a Master Degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

Irina Porruzian

CCO, Netinfo

Irina Porruzian is the CCO of Netinfo. She has been part of the company since its set-up. Irina Porruzian is the creator of CPC platform Adwise and has also developed and established many of the non-traditional ad spaces on the websites of Bulgaria's biggest digital media and technology company. In 2016, Irina managed the launch of the 7Talents project engaged in the production and distribution of video web series. The project was a pioneer in launching a brand new product placement model on the Bulgarian market. Irina holds a Master Degree in Business Management from Veliko Tarnovo University St. St. Cyril and Methodius.

Avgustin Milanov

Senior manager Digital & Trade Marketing, VIVACOM

Avgustin Milanov manages the “Digital and trade marketing” department in the biggest telecom in Bulgaria – VIVACOM. He is responsible for the overall digital strategy of the company.

Avgustin started his career in Marketing department in 2006, participating in the internship program of the company. In a short time he proved his professional skills and had a leading part in the process of re-branding of Vivatel into VIVACOM in 2009. He succeeded to gather and manage strong team, responsible for the new, modern vision of the brand stores.

Avgustin has a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of National and world economy, Sofia and master degree in Management from South west University.

Theodora Domuschieva

Business Development Manager, 7Talents

Theodora Domuschieva is Business Development Manager of 7Talents, part of Bulgaria's biggest digital media and technology company, Netinfo. She was appointed to the post in November 2016. Thanks to her work at NetInfo, Theodora has secured the successful development of 7Talents – a project aimed at producing and distributing video web series, series and reality formats. Through 7Talents' productions, the company has successfully introduced a new business model on the Bulgarian market – branded content. Theodora Domuschieva has rich experience in the TV industry – her career started at bTV when she was still a student, taking her through different positions at the media. She holds a Law Degree from the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
